Co-Founder
At the core of Athena Business Group is its founder, Faye Saad, a sales management consultant whose life journey has been marked by numerous setbacks before reaching this position. Her life embodies resilience, reflecting her determination in the face of challenges. Faye doesn’t come from a single industry. She has delivered her expertise in several business areas, including SaaS, Lawn Care, Solar, Retail, and other technological niches.
Being a sales queen, her style is object-oriented, tactical, and problem-solving for customers. Over the past two decades, she has established a strong foundation in every sales role. She began her sales journey in business development and, following the path to become a director, she has responsibly provided efficient growth in sales work.
After facing the harsh episode of cancer, Faye was bound to experience tough times. These times became the basis of her frameworks. In the phase of her health progress, she learned the art of leadership through empathy, and execution was fueled by energetic communication.
This philosophy became a driving force for recovering her health and work, and became a foundational stone of Athena Business Group. That was the movement that sparked the turning point in her life, leading her to return and invest her energies in the betterment of others in the business. Her life journey is not just a story on a piece of paper but an authentic ideology of creating innovation in sales based on her personal experiences.
It is not only as a founder of the platform but also as a human that Faye believes every woman deserves to become strong with support and a strategy.
Chief Operating Officer
Yvonne Boyle-Holmes is the operational force behind Athena Business Group. With a strong background in scientific research, regulatory compliance, and project management, Yvonne brings over 16 years of experience leading high-stakes teams and delivering results in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.
Before co-founding ABG, Yvonne served as the COO of SolSpark Energy, a residential solar sales organization, where she oversaw operations, marketing, and project execution. She managed client relationships, vendor partnerships, and team development, ensuring smooth execution from contract to installation. She is an exceptional business consultant, and her ability to translate vision into systems has been foundational in every business she touches.
Yvonne currently leads high-level client service projects in the pharmaceutical research sector, coordinating multi-phase health studies with precision and care. She is an experienced business consultant deeply skilled in stakeholder communication, cross-functional team leadership, and process improvement initiatives.
At ABG, Yvonne’s role is simple but powerful: she makes things work. Whether she’s managing internal systems as a business management consultant, refining delivery pipelines, or building out long-term operational strategy, Yvonne’s focus is always on scalable success.
