We maintain internal do-not-contact records, honor all opt-out requests, and screen contact data against applicable DNC registries where required.

This Agreement is entered into by and between Athena Business Group, LLC and the user or client accessing or using our services.

Description of Services

The Company provides appointment setting, marketing support, and related operational services including outreach, lead handling, qualification, scheduling, and supporting automation.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age. Our services are intended for professionals and business owners engaging in commercial activities.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and use our services in compliance with all applicable laws.

Performance Disclaimer

The Company does not guarantee specific results, including number of appointments, attendance rates, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.

Fees and Payments

Fees are determined based on scope of work and outlined in a separate client agreement.

Cancellation and Termination

Cancellation is permitted within forty-eight (48) hours of agreement or prior to campaign setup. After this period, all setup fees are non-refundable. Termination requires seventy-two (72) hours’ written notice prior to the next service period.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

The Company’s total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the most recent two (2) weeks of service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from your use of the services.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
