Built for the Follow-Up Most Sales Teams Don't Have Time to Do.
Athena Business Group is a human-powered appointment-setting company built around a simple idea: generating the opportunity is only the beginning. Someone still has to follow up, have the conversation, and get the prospect onto the calendar.
Today, our primary focus is helping auto dealerships turn more of the opportunities they're already generating into real conversations and booked appointments.
The Gap Between the Lead and the Appointment.
Athena was built to solve the part of the sales process that is easy to underestimate: consistent follow-up.
A business can spend thousands generating leads and still lose opportunities because the people responsible for selling are also expected to keep calling, texting, following up, re-engaging, and chasing every person who didn't answer the first time.
Athena gives that work dedicated ownership. Our team handles the outbound follow-up and appointment setting so our clients' sales teams can stay focused on the conversations happening in front of them.

Faye Saad
Before founding Athena Business Group, Faye Saad built her career in sales, first as a top performer and later in leadership, where she saw firsthand what it takes to turn an opportunity into an actual customer.
When she moved from the corporate world into entrepreneurship, she brought that experience with her. Athena was built around a part of the sales process that too often gets treated like a side task: what happens after the lead comes in.
Today, Faye leads Athena with the same customer-first approach she developed in sales—combining human conversation with the systems, training, follow-up, and accountability needed to consistently move opportunities toward an appointment. Athena's experience spans roofing, HVAC, solar, insurance, and final expense, with automotive now serving as the company's primary focus.
For dealerships, that means a dedicated outbound team focused on working the opportunities they've already paid to generate—while their salespeople stay focused on the customers in front of them.
Systems Matter. So Does the Person on the Other End of the Phone.
Athena uses process, technology, and accountability to make follow-up consistent—but the conversations themselves stay human.
Human Conversations
Real people handle the conversations. We train our setters to listen, ask the right questions, understand what the prospect is looking for, and move the conversation toward a clear next step.
Consistent Follow-Up
The first unanswered call isn't the end of the opportunity. We build follow-up around persistence and consistency so leads aren't forgotten simply because they weren't immediately available.
Clear Handoffs
Booking the appointment is only useful if the sales team knows who's coming in and why. We pass along the information gathered during the conversation so the next person can pick up where we left off.

Jacob Northland Auto Center | Automotive
Built Across Sales-Driven Industries. Focused on Automotive Today.
Before automotive became Athena's primary focus, our appointment-setting experience was built across industries where leads are valuable, follow-up matters, and getting the right person onto the calendar can make the difference between an opportunity and lost revenue.
The industry changes. The principle doesn't: opportunities need consistent follow-up, real conversations, and a clear path to the appointment.

Our Mission
To help sales-driven businesses turn more of the opportunities they're already generating into real conversations and booked appointments through consistent, human-powered follow-up.
Human First
Technology should support the conversation, not replace it. We believe people buy from people, and our approach is built around real human interaction.
Consistency
Follow-up works when it actually happens. We believe in doing the work repeatedly and reliably—not giving up because someone didn't answer the first time.
Accountability
Appointment setting is an operating function, not a side task. The work needs clear ownership, expectations, training, and management.
Clear Communication
Our clients should know what's happening in their pipeline, and their sales teams should have the information they need when an appointment is handed off.
